Some of our pieces are offered exclusively on a preorder basis, allowing us to produce garments thoughtfully. Our pre-order system helps us minimize overproduction, reduce waste, and ensures that each item is crafted thoughtfully and made specifically for you. It also allows us to offer exclusive pieces that are not mass-produced, giving you something truly special to wear.
By ordering through preorder, you are supporting a more sustainable, ethical approach to fashion.
Here’s how the preorder process works:
Place a Pre-order
To place a pre-order, simply email us at info@fischersusanne.com with the following info:
- name of the piece you would like
- along with your preferred color and size.
- your full name
- shipping address
Confirmation
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of your preorder and included in the total amount due at checkout. These shipping fees will be charged along with the cost of the product.
Once we’ve received your complete order we will reply to you to confirm the product details, shipping costs and bank details for you to transfer to.
Production Time
Production of your items begins immediately after the preorder window closes. Please note that our estimated shipping time is 6 weeks after the preorder closing date. This allows us to produce your piece with care and attention to detail.
