Payment

Notification of Defects

Please be aware that your right to complain is void if the defect is caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. If your complaint is valid, we will provide you with a return shipping label to cover all shipping fees.
Item Availability
Due to the limited-edition, made-to-order nature of our collections, items may occasionally be sold out. If this occurs, please contact us at info@fischersusanne.com. We will notify you when the item becomes available again and can add you to a waiting list.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
