At Fischer Susanne, we take great pride in our handcrafted pieces and hope that you will love every item you receive. As we operate on a preorder model with limited production runs, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

Returns 
Given the exclusive, made-to-order nature of our collections, we unfortunately do not accept returns for items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Each piece is created specifically for you, ensuring that every item is unique.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a different size or color might be preferred. Exchanges are possible, subject to availability. Please reach out to us at info@fischersusanne.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

How to Make a Return or Exchange
Contact us at info@fischersusanne.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
Provide your order number, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original condition with all labels attached.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items 
We hope this doesn’t happen, but in case your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately. We’ll make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering you a full refund or exchange.
